Get Involved
Community input is an important part of the Transportation Master Plan, Active Transportation Plan, and Transportation Utility Fee Analysis update. Public involvement will run in parallel with the technical work so the project team can gather input, understand community priorities, and refine recommendations as the plan develops.
The project will include two rounds of public involvement aligned with major decision points. Each round will include meeting planning and coordination, clear and accessible display materials, facilitation support, and documentation of questions, comments, and key themes.
The project will also include a short online survey and a map-based comment tool. These tools will help the public share location-specific concerns, priorities, and ideas throughout the process.

How You Can Participate

Online Survey
A short online survey will be available in the first round of public engagement to collect feedback on transportation concerns, community priorities, and improvement ideas. The survey will help the project team understand what is working well today, what needs improvement, and what issues should be considered as recommendations are developed. How Public Input Will Be Used
Public comments and map-based input will be reviewed alongside technical analysis to help identify needs, evaluate priorities, and refine recommendations. Feedback received through meetings, the survey, and the interactive map will help the project team better understand community priorities and local transportation concerns.
Public Meetings
The project will include two public meetings, organized around two rounds of public involvement. These meetings will give community members an opportunity to learn about the project, review information, ask questions, and share feedback directly with the project team. Meeting details will be posted once dates, times, and locations are available.
Interactive Online Map
A map-based comment tool will allow participants to drop a pin at specific locations where they experience transportation challenges or see opportunities for improvement. Comments may include roadway safety concerns, congestion, missing sidewalks, bicycle network gaps, difficult crossings, access issues, or locations where stronger connections are needed. This map will stay up during the majority of the project to allow resident ample opportunities to provide their input. A link to the map will be posted here once it is available.
